She throws up in the morning, and craves ice cream with pickles.
her boobs will start to swell/get bigger and her apitite will increase

A female dog will usually become a lot more protective if she is pregnant. Although they also do this if they are going through a false pregnancy as well. I would call your vet and have him do some blood work and maybe an ultrasound depending on how far along she might be. When did you mate her, or was it an accident. If it was a accident then call the vet and make an appointment and explain the situation, he could probably help you more sorry.
If your dog was unspayed, in heat, and outside or where a male had access to her, you can bet she is pregnant.
Do not wait!!! Get her to a vet and have her spayed – this can be done even now, but do it soon.
the only way you will know is when her nipples get bigger. Plus she will start acting different like trying to nest. She will try to find a spot to have those puppies. Sometimes she will be clinging more so if she is already. The vet will have to do an altra sound that will cost money. good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!
