Most people should be able to toilet train their puppy with a little guidance.  Know that puppies are like children and there is a level of physical and mental capacity that must be reached before they can control their functions.It will be difficult to toilet train puppies that are less than 12 weeks old and any aged puppy will require your patience.

Puppies potty training can begin at any time but will be easier if a certain age is first reached.The time it will take to train an older puppy will be less than the time it will take to train a younger one.It takes a lot less time to train a puppy that is six months old.  It all depends on your patience and skill.

Paper training is a good way to start.The way to accomplish this is to teach the puppy to go on a newspaper that is placed in a consistent spot.Once the puppy has learned to go on the paper, teach it to go outside.Accidents are normal.Consistency and patience are required for puppies potty training and don’t get discouraged.Be vigilant and keep cool.  When the puppy is toilet trained your life will be much easier.
